Emails can then be retrieved instantly by downloading them as EML or PDF files, forwarding them to a designated email address, or recovering them to the original inbox.

Regulatory Compliance. Consistent Policy Use.
We will apply your retention policies consistent across your entire email archive. You can retain your email messages for as long as is required to help you meet the stringent Australian legal regulation requirements for email retention. If you are uncertain about how long to store your emails for, our default is to store them indefinitely.
All activity in the archive is tracked and can be reported on to provide an audit trail for compliance. Reports can be created by authorised users covering archive activity by date, user, type of action and more.
